COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct OP-1510 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nissei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cummins-Onan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bowe product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nissei such as the 4TP1A797 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3005467 manufactured by Cummins-Onan and we are pleased to be able to service most Cummins-Onan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 239980AE53365 by Manufacturer Bowe as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bradley Brand S04104E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ball such as TV50 equipment made by Ball have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ball products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ball" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMJV04ADE6SSGDV2R8A01B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMGV09ADC6CSGDV7R6A01A original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 66AV66430CD011AX2 by Siemens and TV50 spares by Ball are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
